When you are a fugitive from justice and just can't let it go. That last level. That extra kill. Finish that quest and getting that instance done. Sometimes it is best to just stay on the run and leave the keyboard and mouse alone.
But this does make me think a bit. Are there privacy implications here? How does a subpoena work? Do they need sufficient proof or can the law enforcement agencies demand anybody's details from Blizzard and will Blizzard just cough it up?

Nice. And yes, companies are required to comply with investigations if the court and judge rules for it. It is the same thing as requesting security video feeds from hotels, receipts from banks, or giving gps information via phone chips.
