I liked the first (UT99 as it became known), but as I had to play that on a 14.4kbps modem I'm not sure I'd go with that now. My favourite was UT2003 I think because I really got into mapping for it in a big way, plus so many people realeased such great maps, particularly Teddy "Teddabod" & AngelMapper. Ahh the good old days.
Off to do a search to see what they are doing now - if anything.
