Is this becoming a trend or what? Any who, its nearly xmas, where has time and this year gone? The arrival of my first grandchild is getting ever so close 12/31/07 is the due date. Why do I suddenly feel old after writing that.

My last post I commented about rolling an undead Rogue, well he got deleted, I have since rolled an undead shadow priest (20) and a Troll Mage. I like the Trolls, they seem to take a ton of damage, even in cloth. The priest leveled pretty quickly, considering he's a squishy too. These horde characters are starting to grow on me.

Last week I took my priest to Tarren Mill to turn in some quests. I made it from Silverpine forest without getting hammered by Alliance. I hung around TM for a few minutes, and started walking back when I realized that TM has an FP, I turned around to make my way back, when I encounted 5 alliance hunters. I was toast in a matter of seconds. 1v5, horrible odds. As I corpses walked back now there are 10 alliance. I guess Alliance are just as bad as Horde when it comes to camping and ganking.

I had to wait 10 minutes before they finally left. I ressed, put up my shield and ran as quickly as possible back to TM, when I got jumped again. A lvl 20 priest has no chance against a ?? warrior or rogue, I threw out SW:P and MB, but was two shotted before dying. For the next few minutes I watch as these two asshats danced and jumped around my corpse. Almost makes me embarrassed to be associated with the Alliance on my other server, but Horde did the same to me then.

Playing both factions has given me some insight to how people on each side play. I think most know that Horde are far more organized and work well together in groups than Alliance does. I found this to be true on both servers. I have run a few instances with the priest and the players in the group never criticized anyone for their play style. I got some pointers from a few players, but none where in a demeaning way. I thought I did pretty well, healing everyone, and no one has died with me healing, yet. :) I have also found that Horde dont duel as much as Alliance does, maybe its the server I play on, but I havent been pinged to duel by anyone. Its nice, as server I play my allie toons on, its a constant that becomes very annoying.
